More about Andrew

Andrew walked into his first yoga class in 2010 looking for more flexibility to pair with his college football strength training. He started practicing yoga consistently and could feel that it had a profound impact on, not only his athletic performance, but also his well being. After a series of injuries, Andrew relied on yoga to heal and has established his life on the strong foundation of yoga. Yoga is much more than a class, but an incredible technology to shift and grow in this beautiful life. His classes are dynamic and stabilizing with a strong intent on relieving stress, balancing energy, clarifying the mind and opening the heart.

When not practicing, Andrew loves to ski, hike, mountain bike, ride motorcycles, travel to different cultures, be near water, and have fun with family and friends.
