Buddha Dharma Sangha

These three words are known as the three central pillars or the three jewels in Buddhism. Let’s take a quick exploration into how they provide a sturdy foundation and luminosity to fill us with insight.

The Buddha represents both a teacher and/or a teaching. It’s a path or structure to provide boundaries when needed or dissolve boundaries when needed. We all benefit from being lifelong learners and having mentors and guides actively in our lives.

Dharma is Truth, or principles to live in accordance with, like luminosity, love, and wisdom. It’s a recognition that we are one with source and never ever disconnected. It’s our mission or job to realize this truth and live it. What do you stand for? What is the fragrance of your life?

Sangha means community. Who are we surrounded by? But more importantly, what is our impact on those that we surround? We know that we become a blend of the 7 people we’re closest with… and what’s our impact on those that are close with us?

Each jewel reveals the universe within itself. They all contain one another, yet express differently… just like you and me.

With Love and Light,

P.S. I’m in a transition right now so I won’t be teaching physically anywhere for a little bit. If you’d like to do virtual yoga/qigong/vedic astrology let me know.

In the next couple weeks I’m going to write more about The Essential You-2025 retreat that I am teaching at in April. Really, really amazing. But for now, check it out here.

With Love and Light,

Andrew
