What’s mine? Where will I end up?

Our future will only be as great as our present moment. Honestly, how could it be any other way?

In our culture we can think, once I get (fill in the blank: married, kids, divorced, this job, that job, retired, grandkids…) I will find my path and be happy. 

My teacher says to not look for the path outside of you, because YOU are the path. 

Our destiny on earth is not to “do” something but instead it’s to evolve and awaken to what and who we really are. Right now. It’s right here. It can’t be anywhere else.

Bhukti and Mukti. Celebrate THIS life and realize freedom NOW. Dont wait till retirement to celebrate and death to be free!

These principles are key, and the roles we play are really important, but it’s not the primary. 

Here I am now, dodging tomatoes from the Mothers and Fathers in the room. 

What I’m asking for is to realign with focused attention, just for today, to awakening to your Soul nature. What is your Soul here to experience today?

This looks different for all of us. But please lean in and tune into the subtle power pervading all of life. That can mean taking a Yoga class (so many forms ;)), truly seeing the beauty of nature as you take your evening stroll, or having a deeper focus and commitment in your evening practice. 

When we reverentially locate this force within us, it simply carries us on the wings of Grace. It supports us and enlivens our lives. It’s truly beautiful and my prayer is to live this. But I can’t be fully me without you being fully you, so please continue to step closer and connect.
