Intention

As with all things, it's much more than just a word. Intentionality is both the seed to nurture and the tree to enjoy its fruit. When we give energy and attention to it we also must be willing to receive the benefits.

If you're wondering which intention to choose, just choose one and explore it for a week, or more. Stay with it and see what happens.

Remember, within every point value is infinity. Within every wise intention infinite possibilities are available.

Lately I've been working with Trust. As I attune to it, stay consistent with it, and allow it to be my teacher, it's grown to encompass other values, too.

Value the Choice Maker

When faced with a big decision, please remember, the choice maker is more important than the choice. Oftentimes we put so much pressure on whether this or that is the right choice, and we disregard the state of the choice maker. We think that once we make this decision it will be rainbows and butterflies or if we make the wrong decision it will be eternity in hell. 

We know it doesn't work this way, but our bodies might not remember our own wisdom.

This is where the integrative approach of yoga comes in so powerfully. When we've come to a fork in the road, we elevate our energy by using powerful techniques for the need of the hour, and make the decision with no hesitation. Trust this decision is aligned and prioritize the wellbeing of the choice maker... ie YOU! If doubt arises, impersonally recognize it's fear moving through the system, and elevate your awareness again. 

Trust in your ability. You've made it to here and now and from my perspective, you are looking pretty amazing. See this. Trust in the divine unfolding, there is no space and no time that is not embedded with the sacred.

Doubt is a pattern of thought, a program. Elevate the state and prioritze the choice maker.

Today is Maha Shivratri, an auspicious day to celebrate Shiva. Today is a day to celebrate love and the supreme auspiciousness that is your life. Tune into spirit and open your eyes to see the magic happening all around and within. Use this time wisely, its a portal to expand into deeper love. Be intentional with no doubt.
