If not here it won’t be there

The beauty of yoga resides in presence. Yoga is fulfillment, grace, remembrance, love. If we look for something that’s not already within us, we won’t find it outside of this, right here. 

We use the technology of yoga to refine our awareness, senses, mind, and body to discover our true nature that is ALWAYS resting within us. We tune the radio so we can hear the music.

The Divine is not male or female, but this morning I heard, “if she’s not here, she won’t be there.”
