Wholeness to Wholeness

Many people seek stability in the world. We want to be happy, peaceful, healthy, abundant… we can look for these values in material things: money, relationships, work, food, sex, substance. All these values we look for are wonderful and important principles, but if we don’t first look within we won’t find it “outside.” We will just have short moments of relief followed by a deeper dulling of our system.

We can only find high value living from the field of unity. There are an infinite amount of ways to access the field of unity. There is not just one way to discover and it is not just one thing to be discovered.

The practice of yoga with using postures, breath, meditative techniques, and mantras to sensitize and harness energy is an amazing way to create conscious contact with the unified field. It’s nurturing, supportive, full, and more… When we access the unified field, we realize our inherent fullness. It’s not just positive thinking, which is a fragile state- it’s a knowing, one step at a time. There is a beautiful mantra in Sanskrit called Purnamada: listen to a version on Spotify or YouTube after you read this email, it’s amazing.

Om Puurnam-adah Puurnnam-idam Puurnnaat Puurnnam-udacyate

Puurnnasya Puurnnam-Aadaaya Puurnnam-Eva-Avashissyate

It essentially is an explanation of infinity. Infinity minus 1 million, still infinity. Infinity divided by 8 billion is still infinity.. The Universe/God/Spirit/Cosmos/The Big Bang, whatever you want to call this all pervading One, is whole within itself. This force birthed us into wholeness, yet that force still remained whole. We are a form of this creation, inherently whole within ourself because of our interconnection.

Each and everyone one of us has the ability to access our wholeness and live our lives from this space. To live our lives as an expression of this wholeness is a beautiful thing All of our challenges and things that seem to hold us back are actually great gifts- but in order to see them as great gifts it requires maturity and evolution- like the lotus rising up from the mud. We have to grow. And just like a meditation practice or yoga practice, good things take time and effort, discipline and devotion, commitment and love. To who? To you.

With Love and Light,

Andrew
